These are a few potential actors for the film, obviously we will use a couple of them as some suit a certain part, if we gather alot of actors it helps us find the perfect one therefore taking pictures of them is suitable.

Questions About Filming

1. The action: identify the event your idea is based around; what actually happens (discovery of a body, an illicit meeting, a witness seeing a crime being committed, a criminal act taking place, a telephone call, a chase, a short journey etc)?
A criminal Act will take place when a gang assault a man and steal an important file from the CIA.

2. The theme(s): what should it make the audience think about or feel, what ‘issues’ will it raise (revenge, sexuality, voyeurism, stalking, obsession, greed etc)?
The theme of the film will be revenge when the CIA get the gang back throughout.

3. The narrative: how is it structured - classic narrative pattern or break with convention, real time or different time zones, flashbacks/forwards, dreams etc. Will there be dialogue? What about diegetic/ non-diegetic sound?
In our opening I believe we will use diagetic and non-diagetic sound in the opening e.g. sound will be used to build up tension and also maybe gun shots will be used. My film will be set in the present. May involve flashback.

4. The character(s): who are they, identify their roles, what are their characteristics, including gender, appearance etc?
I am unsure about characters yet~

5. The setting and choice of location: where is it set?

Either Gilmorton, Cotesbach, Lutterworth or Broughton.

6. The mise-en-scene: identify colours, lighting, dress codes, the overall visual look.
We need an office set for the start and alley ways for the assault. These will most likely take part between day and night so the evening. The gangsters will be dressed like a typical gangster. The men working for the CIA will be dressed smartly.
7. The camera work: the style you are aiming for
Build tension, action & gripping we need to aim for this style like the opening to XXX.

8. The editing: edited as a continuous sequence, use of cross cutting, use of montage, or combination?
We are unsure of editing yet as we need to see how filming goes.

These questions are to help us determine idea's.
